It is your responsibility as a customer to read these terms and conditions. We at Myinternetwarehouse aim to make the delivery process as simple as possible, and we have a few basic rules for our delivery system as follows:
Our delivery is strictly to your front door
We cannot be responsible for taking goods through your house, down alleys, over fences, through neighbouring properties, etc as we are not insured to do so.
Our driver is not responsible for unpacking items or taking away packaging on the delivery vehicle.
Our Driver cannot also be responsible for inspecting the item and cannot stay at your property if you wish to check over the item, however this does not affect your statutory rights.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE STRICTLY DELIVER TO YOUR DOOR.
Please be sure to look under chairs and sofas for your cushions when unpacking your new Garden Furniture.
We try to operate a very efficient delivery system and therefore cannot be unpacking goods, taking into back gardens as this has a massive knock on effect for the rest of the scheduled deliveries due to lateness and it is your responsibility to make sure you have a family member or friend there to help you with your purchase.
At the point of sale, we always try to meet your requests for a delivery date and time but we will make contact with you regarding this ASAP to confirm a day and time.
Lastly, it is your responsibility to make sure that we are able to get to your property to make the delivery. Any failed delivery attempts will be charged at a fee of £50.00
Sods Law: From time to time (as you can appreciate) things don’t go as planned for whatever reason (traffic, etc). If by chance this does affect your delivery, we will always aim to keep you updated.
