Our Delivery Terms and Conditions:
It is your responsibility as a customer to read these terms and conditions. We at Myinternetwarehouse aim to make the delivery process as simple as possible, and we have a few basic rules for our delivery system as follows:
Our delivery is strictly to your front door - In addition to this due to the Coronavirus pandemic ALL Deliveries are contactless it is therefore your responsibility to place your furniture in your garden.
We cannot be responsible for taking goods through your house, down alleys, over fences, through neighbouring properties, etc as we are not insured to do so.
Our driver is not responsible for unpacking items or taking away packaging on the delivery vehicle.
Our Driver cannot also be responsible for inspecting the item and cannot stay at your property if you wish to check over the item, however this does not affect your statutory rights.
This is a delivery to your door step and no further.
This means that we do NOT go through houses, neighbouring properties, garages, alleyways, etc – this is for insurance purposes.
Goods must be signed for.
Bearing in mind that this is a door step delivery, you may wish to arrange some assistance.
We do NOT take away or dispose of cardboard or rubbish.
Please be sure to look under chairs and sofas for your cushions when unpacking your new Garden Furniture.
We try to operate a very efficient delivery system and therefore cannot be unpacking goods, taking into back gardens as this has a massive knock on effect for the rest of the scheduled deliveries due to lateness and it is your responsibility to make sure you have a family member or friend there to help you with your purchase.
Our logistics manager will contact you after your order has been received by the office to arrange delivery - We provide a day and usually a 2hour delivery window but please be aware this is only an estimated delivery time slot subject to traffic and other deliveries on your route.
Lastly, it is your responsibility to make sure that we are able to get to your property to make the delivery. Any failed delivery attempts will be charged at a fee of £50.00
